Edusave
9. Parents/Guardians of Singapore Citizen (SC) students can use their child’s/ward’s Edusave funds to pay for approved fees and enrichment programme fees to reduce your cash out-of-pocket expenses.
10. With effect from 27 July 2026, parents/guardians can access the new MOE’s student finance services portal called Student Finance System (SFS) using Singpass to access their child’s/ward’s Edusave account.
11. For the convenience of parents/guardians of students in Independent Schools, Specialised Schools and Specialised Independent Schools, you can now set up an Edusave Standing Order (SO) to authorise the school to deduct funds from your child’s/ward’s Edusave account after you have given us the consent for his/her participation in the programme. This one-time authorisation will remain in force until you terminate the Edusave SO.
12. Parents/Guardians can set up the Edusave SO online via SFS by logging in to https://studentfinance.moe.gov.sg using your Singpass.
